This graduate course prepares educational leaders to develop and implement community engagement initiatives through service-learning frameworks. Students will master emotional intelligence, growth mindset principles, and practical strategies for designing service learning and community engagement projects that build stakeholder partnerships and enhance student achievement. The course aligns with Florida Educational Leadership Standard (FELS) 8: Meaningful Parent, Family, and Community Engagement.
